    Hi @Taron Sargsyan,

Please try disabling the following option XStore > Theme Options > Generals > Speed Optimization > Static Blocks Cache: https://prnt.sc/1KPDsdmuOxeu.

If it doesn’t help, please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

hi, the problem is that I cant access optimizatio tab either. it gets timed out.

I dont have the ftp server at any way and will not be able to provide access directly. what I can do is debug based on your suggestions or do screen sharing session to see everything together.

    regards

    Hi @Taron Sargsyan,

We saw this error message when visited the Theme Options:

    504 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.
    Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront)
    Request ID: Mki-GqI8grpDYd9sU7Glr0Mwjgyo9ThefyPF_yM7KWdIp6IXGAVsug==

The 504 error is related to the server side. Could you please help us to completely disable the CloudFont service?

    Hi @Taron Sargsyan,

Do we need to put the IP/Server Address before the URLs, something likes this?

    123.456.789.00 http://cnctools.am
    123.456.789.00 http://cnctools.am/wp-admin/

    Hi @Taron Sargsyan,

Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control. What we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

For further guidance on how to improve your website’s speed, we invite you to review our theme documentation. The following links provide detailed information on this topic:

    1. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/
    2. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

For a comprehensive understanding of the specific issues that may be affecting your website’s speed, we suggest conducting a website speed test with Google PageSpeed. This tool can provide you with actionable recommendations to further enhance your website’s performance.

We trust that you will find this information useful in improving your website’s performance.

this reply it very typical. with only 500 products the theme behaves slow? im sorry not slow but it does not respond. being slow and not working are completely different things. If any of your customers have website with similar number of products and it works being in your seat I would dig in and find the root cause. When I was writing this support request i was expecting this kind of answer. Anyway I will find the fix for the issue myself not a big problem. thanks for the support
