XStore update issue Worpress critical error

I have a critical error on my WP when I click Customize. I received a report mail from WP asking to contact my host… I did, and they asked me to contact the plugin vendor.
The theme XStore Theme is up to date (v.7.2.3)
This theme requires plugin XStore Core v.3.2.3, but the current version of XStore Core is v.3.2.2.1
The WP plugin page says that all plugins are up to date, but I have an alert message saying that this theme version requires the following plugin XStore Core to be updated up to the 3.2.3 version.

Help, please.

1) You can find the latest version of the XStore core plugin here https://www.8theme.com/downloads or update in via XStore > Plugin Installer https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
2) Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

Issue was caused by the custom sidebar name that you used https://prnt.sc/wj48ms It looks that you missed the notification of what symbols you can use there.
Check the Customizer now.

We are able to log in to your WP Dashboard https://prnt.sc/wj7na5 and https://prnt.sc/wj7nj1 https://eroisan.com/wp-admin/ Don’t see any errors.
