Xstore update (not always possible to put 40 characters…)

I updated the xstore theme but my site doesn’t work like before…
The problem comes from the xstore core module which refuses to install in version 5.1

Hello @erichurtrez,

We attempted to upload the theme and core plugin via FTP, however, it is not uploading. There appear to be some restrictions or folder permissions on your site from your server end.

We suggest that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to resolve this issue for you. Please refer to the screenshot in the private content area.

OR please share the Cpanel URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic with path of wp-content, so that I will fix it for you.

the problem stemmed from the restricted file processing capacity on the server
