Xstore update not working - by sudhakar - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    i got below error, please check it

    Updating Theme XStore (1/1)

    An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    This problem could be caused by a few reasons:

    1) You are trying to update theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to Theme Options > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again

    2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.

    You can also update theme via FTP instead of auto update.
    If it does not help provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access and we’ll help you with the update.

    Hi, got the same PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) when trying to upgrade theme.

    Tried both of suggestions and the problem persists!

    Hello, @ante

    Have you used the nulled theme before http://prntscr.com/lat4dq ? Because seems you made some changes in DB and your WP installation does not have the valid token for the autoupdate.

    Provide FTP access to your site. We’ll try to fix it.

    Yes, it was nulled theme, to check the theme before purchasing.

    To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
