Hello:

The XStore theme isn’t showing on my website. If I turn on another theme it shows – so I am wondering if there is a plugin that’s not working correctly? I have only loaded plugins that came with wordpress standards and the theme.

Hello,

Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
Here is a list of required plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, temporary disable all other plugins.
Try to enable WP debug mode to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
