XStore widget “Product Categories” mobile columns

Hi guys,

I was trying to create a static block in Elementor with the widget “Product Categories” by XStore.

Display Type -> Grid
Columns-> 6

The problem is in desktop view, it displays correctly with columns the set value , but for mobile it only displays 1 column, no matter what I set in “Columns” field. I need it to display 3 columns for mobile view.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Currently, the option to adjust the number of columns on mobile is not available, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ge-vXzQOFBTA However, you may use custom CSS code as an alternative solution: https://prnt.sc/vvAdR0E45duD
