my site’s xstore widgets animated headline not working – it shows working during “edit with elementor” and when the site viewed logged in/ or logged out on a pc both with mobile and desktop version but not on an actual ios or android.

Hi, the proper directory was not specified within our WHM as well as the cPanel, therefore it was rejecting any incoming.. updated the private content area with new credentials. please try again and it should work. just tested on our end with filezilla and it connected.

Thank you, it works. I see that you use CloudFlare CDN. Could you, please, log in to your account https://northbaygarage.sale/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/login to allow us to clear CDN cache to apply our future changes?

We have enabled animated headline and it works. So, probably it was some kind of cache issue.
