Xstore wordpress header – help – elementor

Hi, I have a problem more picture. i don’t know how to fix it anymore. i still have black color there

further I would like to ask is it possible to make a header using elementor and edit it there? how?

Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it without access.

Please try to disable the Menu cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization, clear cache of the browser, and check the header after that.

If you would like to replace our header builder with Elementor, we would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin.
We do not have restrictions for this from our theme side.

thanks for the response, can you take a look now? it’s open to the public, I still have the black foteer and header.

It’s a clean install of wordpress and xstrore

We have conducted a review of your website and the header and footer appear to be functioning correctly. Please refer to the screenshot provided at the following link: https://imgur.com/jovrPHH

If this is not sufficient, please provide a more detailed description of your request, including a screenshot of what you are looking for. Also, create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings and help you.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
