XStore’s Age Checker is Not Working Even If I Confirm I am Above 18

Hi, I tried using the age checker that is inbuilt on your theme, however, even if I am confirming that my age is above 18 years old, the popup is still not disappearing from the screen.

Provide us with temporary FTP access.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
