XStudio is not loading on Elementor page editor

Hi,

Recently I bought Xstore theme from theme forest & currently I’m setting up the theme with sneaker template on Xstore.But whenever I try to import xstudio elements via elementor page editor I cannot find the xstudio icon on the elementor page editor.I have attached a screenshot for the reference. Please notify me if I have missed any plugin or anything else.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Edit page using Elementor > scroll to the bottom > click here – https://prnt.sc/23aa4x7 and import the desired block. You need to scroll to the bottom to be able to see the studio icon.
If this doesn’t work, provide temporary wp-admin access.
