Hello again guys.
There is a gap between slides that keep showing until the slider restarts the loop and returns to the first slide!

Please advise.
Just forgot to mention that this happens if the Ken Burns effect is active
Hello Aasem,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
In order to resolve your issue, please edit the page with Elementor > Edit Slides > and turn off the Overflow Visible option and save the settings. Please refer to the image for further reference. https://postimg.cc/8jTM6yxq
We hope this helps.

Thanks Tony.
It was off. I switched it on and that fixed the issue, but, the background overlay loads after the slide is displayed by about 1 second on all browsers on IOS 15.5.
I tested on android and the issue doesn’t occur!
Please advise
Hello Aasem,

Also, the mobile submenu opens only by clicking the down arrow, not by clicking the parent item itself!
Hello, Aasem,
Thank you for your response.
1/ We’ve checked the Slider and we do not see the gap right now. What option and where you we enable to be able to see the problem?
2/ Please go to Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

Thanks Rose.
1/ Yes. It was fixed by switching on the overflow.
The problem that still exists is the background overlay on mobile devices, particularly IOS. The main background loads first then the overlay loads after it by about a second. This happens with each slide on any browser on iPhone!
2/ That fixed it. Thanks a lot.
Another issue: The first menu item has an underline (is in active mode) while it is not really active, hovered, or has a link of the same page!
Please advise
Fixed it by disabling the one page menu option.
The one-page menu was enabled. Disabling it fixed this issue. Sorry for this.
Dear Aasem,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
“The problem that still exists is the background overlay on mobile devices, particularly IOS. The main background loads first then the overlay loads after it by about a second. This happens with each slide on any browser on iPhone!” – please record a video of the problem from your mobile device, upload it on filesharing, for example – https://wetransfer.com/, and provide us with the URL in the Private Content area.

The page link and the video link are in the private area.
Hello, Aasem,
Thank you for the response.
It could be caused by this option -> https://prnt.sc/s9ABxKGWl9zq . Please, try to set it to normal and check then. According to the next web-site (where it is possible to check different CSS properties) -> https://caniuse.com/?search=mix-blend-mode it seems that such CSS property could not work normally in IOS mobile -> https://prnt.sc/UTp7OGEhzh9O
Also, we have added the next custom CSS to your child-theme/style.css
.etheme-elementor-slides .swiper-slide .etheme-background-overlay {
transform: translate3d(0,0,0);
}
so, could you please, check now, we tested it and didn’t find any issues.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
