Xtheme related – Woocommerce Fatal Error

Please advise what has caused the below error:

we just spent past 20 minutes on saving all past error logs which were ALL caused by this theme and have over 64,000+ images (count without the additional generated dimensions) AND 10,000+ products SO PLEASE DO NOT JUST LOG IN TO THE ADMIN PANEL AND/OR VIA FTP AND CHANGING OR PUSHING THINGS THROUGH AS WE ARE ACTIVELY BULK UPDATING ITEMS!

Tell us your actions when you get the mentioned fatal error? We need to reproduce that to fix the problem.

Not sure how we can replicate an error that was logged by an entire system that has hundreds of moving parts.. https://prnt.sc/26nu3oe

that’s why it’s an error log.. that points to the directory and the file and the line where the problem keeps occuring…. you guys are the makers of the above said theme where the error happened (

Hello,

Stack trace I just could assume that some error occurred while you tried to edit the header using header builder and ajax request was failed. But we need to understand your actions. I tried to edit the header and did not face any errors and log is clear. So, tell me your actions before the error happens in case you face that again, please.
