Xtore theme translations with Loco doesn’t work

Hi, I’m trying to translate the theme strings via the Loco plugin but it won’t work for me.
I have to translate into Italian but they remain in English. What am I doing wrong? Where should I insert the translations?

For example I’m trying to translate “related product” in product page, “clear shopping cart”, “price”, “quantity” in cart page and “your order” “subtotal” “billing details” in checkout.

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Ok.

Also it is not important whether the plugin used to translate is Loco or another, as long as it works 🙂
