YITH Frequently bought together add on not working web hook required

Hi there

I am trying to use YITH frequently bought together add on but the box isnt displaying. Their support said..

“You can be in touch with the theme support, to ask them for a hook we can use to display the form, so with a custom code, we will change that behavior and maybe we could achieve it in this theme.”

is this something you can help me with?
