I just purchased the YITH Frequently Bought Together premium plugin from YITH and i activated it and no matter what location i select for the plugin and data to appear, it wont show when using the Custom Single Product Page Builder. But when i turn that off, and use the standard default product page settings, it will appear.
It seems that the custom product page builder has renamed the hooks used possibly? Im not sure, but i am looking to place the Frequently Bought Together plugin data directly underneath the Product Meta Data on the custom builder page. Unfortunetly there is no shortcode for this plugin as the only shortcode available requires a product id and that cant be used when applying the shortcode to the builder as obviously each product has its own unique id.
I am assuming i will need some custom code for the child themes function.php file so that the YFBT plugin will show.
Can you pleas help me with this?
Hello,
Yes, Single product builder overwrites some default WooCommerce hooks. So, if you want to use the third-party plugins use the built-in layouts of the single product instead of the single product builder. In case you want to change the built-in layout then use child theme to change it.

Ok well can you please tell me the new hook for the renamed hook for ‘after_meta_data’ so that i can write the nescessary code for the child theme for the plugin to appear?
All i need is the new hook for placing something AFTER the meta data field (sku, categories, tags).
Hello? Your answer did not help me. I am actually shocked you told me to just use a different setting since the settings i want wont work, you are basically telling me “i dont feel like getting an answer for you, so just use the other settings so this is solved”.
I need to know what the new hook is for woocommerce_product_meta_end
Hello,
We did not remove the woocommerce_product_meta_end hook. It should work.
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue in more detail.
Regards
