I used yith order tracking . I couldnot figure out how to pull the tracking id and carrier with your email builder template. please see private area for developer plugin feedback

Hello,

Please provide FTP access also. If you don’t know what is FTP then contact your hosting provider. They will give you access.
Could you provide screenshots of the desired result and documentation of the plugin?
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.

Hello,

et-core-plugin/packages/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/includes/compatible.php
– for compatibility with WooCommerce Correios plugin

What we did in child theme is next -> http://prntscr.com/1zjpsch
but we cannot get it output right on email render code -> http://prntscr.com/1zjpvdb

We have left our code in xstore-child/functions.php

All functionality of email builder is in this folder -> et-core-plugin/packages/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/

We think that the main problem is in getting the value of ywot_carrier_id (and others) are not correct from our side but maybe the developers of its plugin will get it better

We have 3 WooCoomerce hooks https://prnt.sc/1zzo9ik Do the plugin author use any of them? Could you ask the author what WooCommerce hook do they use to show the mentioned in formation in the order detail?

In this case, you can use the Hook element of the Email builder and add that to the place where you want to show the mentioned information and choose the hook you need in the drop-down https://prnt.sc/203ueu0

Hello,

You need to make real order. Test email does not display the necessary information. Besides, try to disable the email builder and check if you have the mentioned information in emails with the default WooCommerce layouts. Provide screenshot of that.
