    Hi there,

I’m using the free version of YITH request a quote plugin. It works fine for products with variations, but for regular simple products the ‘ADD TO QUOTE’ button does not show, even with a price added. When I turn off your theme then it shows. Please could you help?

    Thanks

    Cathy

    Hello,

Try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single product page.
Unfortunately, we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme and some of them may be incompatible. Our template is fully compatible only with the plugins that are included in our theme. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions.
You need to customize the extension to make it work properly with the theme. Unfortunately, basic support scope doesn’t include features for additional customization.

    Regards
