Hello,
We are having issues with a plugin, contacted to their support and they said the issue we are having in our site is because the theme we are using (Royal).
We have a shop with a gift card variable product, the plugin is WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card.
On development stage all was working fine but once we upgraded the theme some errors are causing troubles on purchase Gift card item.
Everything seems right, but when i add to cart this product it says “You can’t add this product to shopping cart” (see screenshot) https://imgur.com/dYDtcG2
On development we had:
Royal Theme 5.0.1 and Royal Core 1.0.0 (all was working fine)
On published site:
Royal Theme 6.1 | Royal Core 1.1.3. |. WooCommerce 3.8.0
