    Hello, I deactivated my Royal theme in my demo website in order to activate to my customer’s one but I’m unable to do that. Please check the count and help me, thank you.

    ad to delete my page because I was hacked. re-install the theme no longer receive the purchase code to activate it. how can I solve that?

    Hello, @carlosmolanodi

    If you get “API request calls error” contact your hosting provider and make sure that abilities availability from your hosting:
    1. http/https outgoing connects
    2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.
