Hi there,
I just received this message when trying to install a fresh copy of my theme.
“You have reached activation number limit.”
Please note that I do not have any active website/domain with this License being active.
I just made a couple of tests, and re-installs under 2 domains.
…and you should remove the following feature from your themes presentation:
“Premium Support”
“We provide 24/7 top-notch assistance to help you to sort out all the difficulties you may face”
that was one of the main reasons I wanted your xStore theme…
Providing support for a couple of hours per day, and almost nothing in the week-ends that’s not a 24/7 support… just my opinion…
Hello,
Delay in answering is related to the number of requests from our users on the support forum, in chats and via emails.
You activated theme for a few domains, that was a reason of the message you get. Check now, please.
Also, keep in mind that one purchase allows you to use the theme on one finished site. If you need to use it on a second site, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
Regards
Hi,
Now I received the same message: You have reached activation number limit.
And I didn’t activate the theme for a few domains…it was activated only for 1 single domain 3 times.
Gr.
any news on this?
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering. I have checked your code and see that is was used for the following domains http://prntscr.com/epgnam I don’t know id you used it or maybe you shared your code, but these domains are associated with your purchase code.
Regards
as you can see, the theme is active only on 1 domain…
Hello,
Ok, I have removed the other domain from the list. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only. In other case you need to buy additional license.
Check, now.
Regards
The sampe problem here. I tried to install on another domain for testing and having a fresh website because the last one crashed.
Hello, @raileanu.paul
