Hallo,

our XStore plugin says:

You have reached activation number limit.

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.

Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.

Because we setup a new shop for our website and we needed to reinstall wordpress multiple times, including XStore, we had to activate XStore multiple times. It is all only for one and only website. There is no license violation.

We need more activation access, at least one, but probably more, because if something goes wrong during setup, to recreate the problem we need to start from a fresh installation.

We are under time pressure. We’d be happy over a quick response.

Alle Aktualisierungen wurden vollständig durchgeführt.

Thats also why I need more activation processes all the time.

Hello,

Go to WP Dashboard > Updates > click the Check again link to clear the token cache. Try to update theme and plugin only after that.
