A customer contacted me yesterday and said when trying to purchase something, she would add it to the cart and then when clicking on the cart it would say “your cart is empty”. I tested this and it is happening to me too. Please help. Domain: http://browniebliss.com.au

    Hi Eva,

We too are having the same problem. From the home page, when I add a product to cart, it says it was successfully added, however when I click on the cart, it’s empty. Same with the product category/listing page. Only when I go to the product detail page does this work successfully.

Also, I didn’t receive any notification that there is a theme update. How do I access the updated theme, as well, if there were changes to CSS files etc. to make the theme match our site design, how do I safely update the theme without having to re-do all that work?

    Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Sorry, but there is no notification for the theme update.
You can check for new versions on the site http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906
Have you made changes in the original files? If you’ve made only style changes in css file you need copy them to custom.css file.
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial
If more files have been edited then you have to create a child theme and copy modified files in there. This way you won’t lose your modifications after the theme update.

Also how to update the theme you can watch at this link.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
