Your theme does not declare eCommerce Product Catalog support

    Hi I have this on my Blanco theme and i am not sure if its working right I can not seem to make things work.
    how do i know if its me or theme with the problem lol.
    My product pages dont seem to work right and i can not get a slider on my homepage
    This is what is says

    Your theme does not declare eCommerce Product Catalog support – if you encounter layout issues please read our integration guide or choose a recomended theme 🙂

    Can you help or point me in the right direction or tell me someone that can help

    Hello,

    Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content to check the issue.

    Hello,

    That warning is related to the plugin “eCommerce Product Catalog by impleCode”, not Woocommerce plugin. Sorry, but we guarantee our theme compatibility with Woocommerce plugin not some other 3rd-party plugin.

    Ok thank you for that This is my 1st website i have ever built I know i have a lot to learn. I was playing around with another theme before getting the Blanco theme thats where the eCommerce Product Catalog came from. So I have now not got rid of the eCommerce Product but now i Dont have anything on my dashboard to add my products can you tell me what i need, or what i need to do, or tell me someone that can help.
    Sorry if I upset you buy using the eCommerce.

    Hello,

    Seems you’ve installed the theme incorrectly as there are 2 Blanco themes in Appearance > Themes.
    We recommend you to reinstall it on clear WordPress following our instructions:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/installation
    Please note you should install WooCommerce plugin before the theme installation.

    To add to the above if you look at the dashboard the list goes
    Dashboard
    jetpact
    post
    portfolio
    pages
    comments
    counter statistic
    portfolio
    woocommerce
    Blanco
    Appearance
    There is no product cart I have uninstalled woocommerce and put it back in but it dont help
    This is the problem i have
    Also I have on top of the dashboard this

    Hi! Would you like to activate your version of Revolution Slider to receive automatic updates & get premium support? This is optional and not needed if the slider came bundled with a theme.

    and nothing to click to make it work. I think this is why i can not get my sliders to work
    Again if you can not help please tell me someone that can I have my stock ready to sell but no shop lol

    I use to have a race horse called Blanco he was not much good so this is becoming a worry lol

    Dear Leon,

    As I’ve already mentioned you installed the theme incorrectly, that’s why it’s recommended to reinstall it on clear wordpress with no plugins, only woocommerce plugin must be installed first before the theme installation.
    So please reinstall wordpress and the theme following the instructions described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/installation .
