I need to change my menu in aspect -> menu but it says “Your theme does not natively support menus, but you can use them in sidebars by ” and it doesn’t show menus anymore.
Hello,
Our theme uses header builder and you don’t need to choose menu location from Appearance > Menus but you need to choose that in Theme Options > Header builder. Watch video tutorial on how to create header using header builder https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG
Let me know if you have any questions after that.

We previusly created the Menù from Appearance > Menus using Menu Image plugin to add images to our custom menù. Now we can’t edit images via Theme Options > Header builder so we need to return using Appearance > Menus.
How can we do that?
Hello,
Header builder allows you just to choose location on your menu by drag&drop the Menu/Secondary menu elements and choose what menu to show from the list of menus that you created in the menu element settings. Did you watch the video on how to create header using header builder?
If you need to edit menu list itself you need to do this from Appearance > Menus.
Does plugin that you use require any special settings like menu location?

When we created the Menu some months ago, it was possible to edit menu via Appearance > Menus. We used a Plugin called “Menu Image” to add images to some of our primary links (you can see it as the primary menu has some images).
Via Theme Options > Header we can edit menu list but we can’t add images using our plugin anymore. Is there a way to restore theme so we can edit menu via Appearance > Menus as we did previusly?
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard access, please. We’ll check your issue in more detail.
