Today i updated my Woocommerce plugin and i got this message

Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files.

woopress/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8,

Also the memory limit is low

WP Memory Limit: [?] 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP

Please advise.

You can hide this message, it does not affect the working of your website.

When will the woocommerce templates be updated? Currently there are 2 templates that are out of date:

woopress/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.6,
woopress/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8,

Does your current template, in the WooPress theme, cover the updates made to WooCommerce plug-in for the recent vulnerability discovered in WooCommerce last month?

Hello @TrueBeardsman,

Please try to remove WooCommerce folder (wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce) from template folder and upload the same folder again from latest update theme.

@Robert Hall I did as you asked, downloaded a the most recent version of the theme. removed the woocommerce folder from woopress and then uploaded the woocommerce folder from the latest version of the theme and I still get

woopress/woocommerce/cart/cart.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8,

if you open the cart.php in the most recent version of the theme it even shows:

/**
* Cart Page
*
* @author WooThemes
* @package WooCommerce/Templates
* @version 2.3.0
*/

Hello @TrueBeardsman,

Please don’t worry. That notice won’t affect your site at all.
We modified Woocommerce files in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce and old version can be written in those files but it doesn’t give any effect as it’s just a comment with version name.
