I tried that on the same official template you have .. and there is not the same problem as on my website ..

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide a video recording of the actions you are taking and the issue you are encountering.
Try to disable “Mobile User-scalable” and “Mobile optimization” clear cache including cache of your mobile browser and check the result after that. The mentioned settings may conflict with the setting of cache/optimization plugin on your site.
