    Hello, Tal,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the video illustrating the issue you’re experiencing with the image zoom functionality on your website.

Please try to disable Lightbox via Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) Single Product Builder > Gallary, and enable the Lightbox from Elementor – edit any page using Elementor > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox.

Should you encounter the same issue with the Elementor Lightbox, it is essential to verify that the problem is not a result of interference from third-party plugins or custom code modifications.

If the issue persists after these checks, we advise reaching out to the Elementor plugin support team for further assistance.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and are here to support you through the resolution process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Tal,

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Should the issue continue, contact the support of the Elementor plugin, as was mentioned – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
