I don’t think this was how I added the information and the icons.
Please check my website to confirm how to access the 3 images and icons. I remember adding the text and changing the icons but I am not sure how to do this.

You have provided the link to the FAQ page but I asked how do I add the code and where, my question shows that I clearly do not know how to add the code and where through the app you have advised to download and install.
This has has only complicated the matter for me, don’t you think it is simple to give me the steps showing where to go on the snippet app and add the code rather than being more technical and complicated?
I asked for your help, please keep it simple and provide the steps to add the code and resolve it.

Hi,
The user and pass are in the private content area.
Regarding topics raised, these are dealt with as individual topics, this will cause issues for me when different topics are raised under 1 topic and I will not be able to obtain information on how a specific issue was resolved.
This will cause complications when I need to look at old topic for a solution,

Also, you have applied incorrect settings to how many topics I can raise, I should be able to raise 2 topics within 24 hours but you have not allowed me to, this is set to 1, please rectify this issue immediately because there is also another issue with my footer from the theme update.

This has been set to the left of the screen and there is only a gap on the right of the footer menu and the screen. This was centralized with an equal gap on both sides, how can this be centralized and set back to its original position?

Hi Luca,
I did not use Elementor for the single product page, the single product page I had was the default page provided by the theme.
This should not have been removed without me making the changes, why has this happened in the first place?
My products on WP don’t even link to my site now, this is also an issue because my WP products should always link, I need the original default page.

This is working.
I have aligned the top accordion with the menu on the left by adjusting the spacer height which is what I require however, when you click on any of the menus on the top left menu e.g. shipping, order, payment, etc, this takes the accordion to the top of the page which is above the menu on the top left (image attached).
The image attached shows an orange and red line. The orange line is where the accordion is currently set.
The red line shows where the accordion should move to and not above the top left menu.
How can this be set so that when you click on a menu from the top left, the accordion that scrolls up remains aligned with the top left menu?

I have not touched this setting, this has been changed by the system somehow.
This option is only available via the “xstore builders” option at the top of the page > single product > via customer and not vai theme options > woocommerce and this is confusing.
I have enabled this option but this has not resolved the issue?
I have checked in Google New Cognito and Edge’s new private window.

Hi Luca,
This is what I did the first time around, nothing worked and then I added #. I have deleted # and nothing still works.
What should be happening is, that when you click on any of the 4 menu options on the top left e.g shipping, orders, payments, or general/miscellaneous, the accordion should move towards the top of the page and aligned to the menu on the left, but this not working now.
And the gaps between each accordion must be less than it currently is.

I have added anchor menus in the containers as your image shows.
In the “ID of menu anchor” option, I have entered the menu titles e.g. #shipping, #payments, #orders, etc but this does not work?
The alignment has also been lost.

I have only just changed the settings > Site settings > layout > layout settings. This was set to the “theme” option.
This seems to have resolved the video small box display to not show. I will monitor and test over the next few days, I will update the topic to confirm if the issue is resolved or still exists but I am hoping this is resolved.
The theme seems to work for the first 10-15 minutes and then it goes back to the issue again hence lack of confidence until I have monitored this for several days.

Where is this setting, please confirm the steps to get to this?
Am I correct in saying that the option you have applied works on all pages even if I swap the homepage to another home page with a video?
This I will also change in theme options > homepage settings.
