A poor service from you, this is the second time in less than 2 weeks, enough is enough.

I have explained what I require and what the steps are to achieve this, and that is all I need, not your poor attitude!
You have clearly ignored some of the information. I asked how can the left side menu remain at the top of the screen because this currently disappears under my top header.
Provide a solution rather than replying in such a manner.

I am asking for specific results and this should be a simple solution from you.
I am beginning to regret purchasing this theme and I won’t be using this effect. It is very complicated to get a simple result and then Rose is not being helpful.

Hi,
The code has been applied. The image sizes are correct but only on the PC version.
In the mobile version, the images are next to each other with no space between them, I need to add space to them but without adding a margin to the left of the first image.

There will be more products to add in the future.
I need to centralise the images when there are 1, 2 or 3 products in the row because the to is set to 4 items and they automatically align to the left.
With them automatically aligning to the left, the images also resize and become larger which I do not want.
I need the images to always remain the same size, centralised until 4 products are visible.

Hi Rose,
I don’t think I mentioned this but I have tried this multiple times and the width does expand when applied but the height does not go more than the container size.
I cannot enlarge the container, I have tried but no luck.
There is a limit on the height in the container and I am not able to adjust freely.
I have changed the W and H for you to see.
The image sizes on my shop page are w300 x h500 and this is exactly what I need on my home page for the products carousel, I need to be able to centralize them without the sizes being compromised.

I have applied the CCS code to global and the images do change sizes, which is perfect however, the issue now is that the images have a large gap between them on pc/laptop version, the tablet is perfect and the mobile version is very slim.
The mobile version images are also not centered, they are showing the image from the left angle.
1. I need the PC version images to have a gap that can be set to my preference.
2. Mobile version: images centered and arrows on them to click right/left.
Also, I have added the “zoom in” effect and when you hover on this, the image does zoom in but the image also enlarges, I need the images to not enlarge and stay the same size as the image size when not hovering over them.

I have added another accordion that suits the site better.
Regarding the links in the first 2 FAQ’s shown as red links, I have attached an image to show how I need them.
They are in light grey and underlined to standout and when you hover over this link(s), they become black. This is how I need the links to show.

The issues with changing the thumbnail cropping option to custom:
The product images on the shop page become larger, this I need but a little smaller than it currently is but not as small as the resolution settings do because they are too small.
I have tried adding margin and padding but nothing works even though the container is set to full width.
With this setting applied, the thumbnails on the single product page become long which ruins the whole layout.
I have left this setting for you to see what I mean.
All I need is for the shop page product images to be smaller than they are but to my preference, is this possible?
And the thumbnails to stay the size the are when the thumbnail cropping option is selected in the “product images” option.

This issue is on the tablet/mobile only, PC version works fine.

Image 2: when you scroll up or down on the website, the top row is white but needs to be the same as image 1.
