    The error means ReallySimpleCaptcha class has already been declared.

    Hello,

    There is an error regarding memory limit:
    Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home3/octopod1/public_html/monallisa.com.br/wp-config.php on line 92

    You have to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase memory limit to 128M or 256M.

    Hello,

    Do you also have the problem with language switcher visibility? If so, please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.
    You can use either custom.css or style.css in a child theme. You won’t lose your modifications after theme update. It’s up to you what you prefer more.

    Sorry, but we don’t know how another template could influence on our theme. Perhaps that was the reason as we recommend to install the theme on clear WordPress.
    According to Visual Composer you have to create a ticket at https://support.8theme.com/ and our specialists will look into it.

    Hello,

    There is some conflict between Nice Scroll and Rev. slider. Have you edited the original theme files as we haven’t experienced such issue after installing the theme?
    We’ve turned off Nice Scroll in Theme Settings > General and the slider has started working.

    Did you try to create new WordPress user with “Operator” role?
    You need to create new user with “Chat Operator” role.

    You can edit the text in search form box in the file legenda/framework/shortcodes.php (line 98), find the code placeholder="'.__('Search', ETHEME_DOMAIN).'"/>'; and replace “Search” text with yours.

    1. To change “add to cart” button requires additional customization. Unfortunately it’s not for free. If you agree you can create a ticket at http://support.8theme.com/ and our specialists will help you.

    2. To have products subcategories displayed on the shop page go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab, find “Shop Page Display” field and select “Show Subcategories”. Make sure you’ve created categories in Products > Categories.

    The reason is such slug “patek-philippe-cufflinks” is used for the category Patek Philippe Cufflinks which is located in Posts > Categories. You need rename it or delete to be able to change it for Products > Categories.
    Please make sure you don’t have more similar slugs created.

    As I see there is already the category Patek Philippe Cufflinks with the slug patek-philippe-cufflink. So you’ve already corrected “Philippe” word, as it had been written “Phillipe” before. Please clarify what you’re trying to change now.
