The problem is Right sidebar is enabled for My account page and that’s why Register button isn’t active on the right side. I’ve disabled sidebar on this page and the problem has gone. But if you want to use widget on the page you may try to insert it into the page using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widgets-on-pages/

I’ve added your favicon to /blanco/images folder and changed the path in header.php file (line 10) which is located in child theme folder. Now the favicon is showing but the size is too big. Please follow the instruction http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Favicon and create a favicon with small size and it should have .ico extension.

1. You don’t have any categories created in admin panel > Posts > Categories. If you want to add Product Categories, then I’ve added this tab to menu selection from Screen Options:
2. Revolution Slider isn’t working because you haven’t created any slides. Please do this via admin panel > Revolution Slider > Edit Slides > New Slide.
3. You need create Checkout page and select it in Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout tab > Checkout pages:
Do the same for Cart page.

You have the same slug “patek-philippe-cufflinks” for page “Patek Philippe Cufflinks”. Unfortunately in WordPress you cannot have two pages/categories with the exact same slug. So you have to change it for the page or the category.
