    Hello,

    1. I’ve checked the main image hover and it’s working fine even if I move away the cursor.
    2. Please try to disable Lightbox in Woocommerce > Settings > General > Scripts, untick “Enable Lightbox”.
    3. You may try to add the following code into custom.css file:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {{
    product-image: max-width: 70%;}}

    To create “custom.css” you can use(rename) the file “default.custom.css” which is located in theme directory. And enable it in Theme Options > Custom CSS > On.

    You can select page layout to show row of 4 products and all 12 products will be displayed on the page.

    If VC is asking for update you can update it. If there are some errors please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    The price filter widget automatically detects the minimum and maximum prices on the current page to populate the slider. If you have problems with it we recommend you to contact woocommerce support for help.

    Hello,

    To disabled the popup window on a single product page, go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add to cart” > Off.
    You can prevent the function “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Add to cart and untick “Add to cart Redirect to the cart page after successful addition”.

    Hello,

    Please clarify what error codes you see. Please provide us with the link and a screenshot of errors.
    You may downgrade the theme and won’t lose anything if you didn’t make any changes in the original theme files.

    Hello,

    Sorry but we don’t guarantee proper work of 3rd-party plugins with our theme. You may try to use them but there may persist incompatibility issue.
    So it’s your choice what plugins to use.

    Open header.php file, find <?php echo etheme_search(array()); ?> (lines 206 and 215) and replace with the code you want to be displayed instead of our search form. If it doesn’t work then please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a long delay.

    If you use visual composer for editing pages, then it creates those requests.
    We recommend you to update the theme to the latest version according to our instructions:

    After that you need contact plugins authors regarding this issue as we don’t provide extended support for plugins implemented in the theme.

    To activate a plugin go to Plugins > Installed plugins in admin panel and find the plugin you need to enable, click “Activate” and that’s it.

    The banners are placed in the home page. Go to admin panel > Pages > Home page and edit the content via text editor.
