There is an error: “Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier”.
Seems when translating the files into Italian language you set one extra character:
‘E‘ stato aggiunto al tuo carrello
and should be
‘E stato aggiunto al tuo carrello
So please correct your translation.

To create “custom.css” you can rename the file “default.custom.css” which is located in theme directory and enable it in Theme Options > Custom CSS > On.

Hello,
There is only one widget in Hidden top panel area. You selected Static block widget with the Block name: “About us for hidden header” and only this block is displayed. If you want to show more you need drag one more widget of static block (or some other) and select another block name to be shown.

If original theme files weren’t touched then you won’t lose your modifications. Just follow the instruction described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/upgrade .
custom.css file won’t be overwritten. But make a backup before to be sure you’re safe.
Have you already updated woocommerce plugin to 2.1.8 version?

The problem was the client had old theme version and had to update it to make Revolution Slider workable.

Have you modified the original theme files or a child theme?
If they are original files then you need to move all changes in the child theme.
So when updating the theme nothing will be lost.
