There is no such feature by default.
This requires additional customization in the theme files.
If you have needed skills you may modify the files in a child theme.
Our service of additional customization isn’t for free and due to a large amount of work our developers aren’t able to do it now.

Sorry, but it would be more convenient for us if you provide your site and files to make correct improvements.
It’ll be hard to help you without FTP access. Please provide us with the credentials for FTP and wp-admin panel.
Also could you please describe in details your actions after which the load time has reduced to 0.56s?

This can be removed via Theme Options > Contact Form. You’ll find the block “Enter your contacts information” where you’ll be able to change the code with yours in the text mode.

Yes, we cleared cache and cookies and the logo is centered. Please try to clean the cache of your browser or check the site in another one. Also you may disable cache plugin if you have such installed.

Hello,

Is the issue the same for default theme?
I’ve checked the link you’ve inserted for google map https://www.google.com/maps/place/Breslauer+Stra%C3%9Fe+6/@51.200275,6.7143101,14z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x47b8b59f3eb0cf05:0x8d31b045ba003698
and the map is showing only for a couple of seconds in browser.

You’d better contact google support regarding this problem.

If you mean you want to change footer, then it can be done via Widgets menu. This is also described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/widgets > Widgets > Footer Widget Area

Which browser do you use? The error you’ve given is only a warning. This seems to be happening in the latest version of Chrome. Please refer to http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/14320.

Hello,

Unfortunately it can’t be done for the pages in menu. But you can add product categories to the menu and it should work. Also you need change settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page Display > Show subcategories and upload images for the categories.

Hello,

Try to add this line to your wp-config.php file:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);

Or if you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini:
memory_limit = 64M ;
If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to .htaccess file:
php_value memory_limit 64M

If this doesn’t help you should contact your host to increase the memory limit.

As I see mobile version is disabled in your settings. You can turn it on in Theme Options > Responsive > Enable Responsive Design > On.

Hello,

I was unable to connect to FTP (login incorrect).
Please rename default.custom.css to custom.css file in the theme folder and insert the following code:
```
.main-nav .menu > li.menu-full-width .nav-sublist-dropdown .container > ul > li.et-col4 {
    float: right;
    right: -150px;
}
```

You can enable pop up window in Store settings > Presentation > Display Fancy Purchase Notifications > On.

Unfortunately WordPress does not come with some kind of video player. You can insert only the link to the video.
If you want to embed a player for the file on a page or a post you’ll need some kind of plugin.

It’s just the theme information and it’s commented.

It adds the functionality of a contact form without google map.

Please check the page now. The problem was with Permalinks settings.
Please note we provide support only to the issues that are strictly related to our theme, not WP settings.
