I’ve tried to add categories to the menu on default theme and the issue is present there too. It can be caused for the reason you’ve increased the menu items limit. That’s why new items can’t be saved. Here are some explanations:

You can make color changes in Theme Options > Color Scheme and/or > Typography.
If it doesn’t match your requirements you may edit custom.css. Don’t forget to create it in the theme directory and enable it in Theme Options > Custom CSS > On.

We’ve added the filter. Please check and keep the file legenda/woocommerce/content-single-product.php unchanged as we’ve edited it.
Also change the settings for Wishlist in Woocommerce > Settings > Wishlist and choose “Use shortcode” for Position option as the wishlist is displayed twice on your site.

We’ve taken into account your requests. Some of them are already fixed:
3. You can use Place in header top bar widget area (language field in header);
4. It’s already fixed and spacing is added;
7. We’re working on it and the next theme version will have VC as a separate plugin;
8. You can turn on/off sidebar for each post when editing it. At the right side you’ll find the options “Page Layout”;
9. Visual Composer will help you to create columns.

We advise you to update the theme to the latest version and move all the changes you’ve made into custom.css or child theme.
Also you need to add the following code to the custom.css file to center the logo:
@media (max-width: 480px)
.header .logo {text-align: center;}
Or if you want to hide the logo on desktop:
@media (min-width: 1200px)
.header .logo {display:none;}
