Hello,
This problem doesn’t persist for all logged in users, only for admin. For some reason our theme files aren’t loading, but the standard woocommerce ones. We haven’t found any problems in our theme.
Please contact woocommerce support to find out why custom theme doesn’t work for admin.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
The filter you provided doesn’t belong to the standard woocommerce hooks, but we can add it for you.
Please provide us with the FTP access in Private Content.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Thank you for the feedback.
Have a nice day too!

Hello,
As I see some images on the site are loading from http://d1wmsaukb5fadc.cloudfront.net. That may be the reason for slow load.
Also you may consult with your hosting company.
Other clients’ sites, that have Legenda theme installed, don’t have such problems with loading.

Eva Kemp.
You are welcome.

Hello,
If I understood you correctly you want to add additional fields to the sidebar menu, don’t you?
If so, you can enable those fields in admin panel; you’ll find Screen Options at the right top and just select what you need:

Hello,
I’ve made some changes in admin panel > Settings > Permalinks and 404 error has gone.
Please check the site now.

Eva Kemp.
Sorry, but we don’t know the process of sites checking at the 3rd-party tools. Also I don’t see any problems with the site content and images display.
If you have some issues with the theme and those issues are visible on the site (maybe images are showing incorrectly), then please provide us with the link and admin panel access.
Please take our apologies.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
I’ve just checked your site and haven’t seen 404 error for products. Could you please provide us with the link where the error appears?
Thank you.

Please allow the access to the panel.
Thank you.

Hello,
Unfortunately due to a large amount of work our developers won’t be able to assist you with additional customization. Please take our apologies.

Hello,
Unfortunately it can’t be done by default in our theme. Sorry.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
It can be edited in custom.css. You should insert a code something like:
.header-type-3 .main-nav .menu > li { margin-right: 85px; }
and set the value you need.
What code to insert you can find via browser, right click on the site menu and select “Inspect Element”.
If you have any issues, please provide us with the login details to admin panel and FTP in Private Content.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
Sorry for a long delay.
We’ve fixed the issue and now the logo is placed in center.
Please check.

Hello,

As I’ve told you before the dimensions for images are set. Please have a look at the screenshot:

Hello,
Sorry, but there is no such option by default in our theme.
You have to customize the files yourself if you have the needed skills. The links below may help you:

I’ve checked the images information and all dimensions are set. I can’t find any problem with the images display on your site. There is nothing wrong with the theme.
Please note we provide support only to the issues that strictly refer to our themes.

Hello,
1. You can change the front page in admin panel > Settings > Reading, find “Front page displays” line and tick “A static page (select below)”, Front page: select “Shop” from the dropdown menu.
2. You can disable the category image in custom.css file. Find the class .cat-banner and add the following line:
.cat-banner { display: none; }
Don’t forget to create custom.css file in wp-content/themes/blanco in enable it in admin panel > Theme Options > Enable Custom CSS file.
3. Do you want to remove the whole dropdown menu or just the line “sort by newness”? Please provide us with the link where it’s displayed and login details to admin panel in Private Content.
4. Unfortunately it can’t be changed by default in our theme. The categories are shown in the alphabetical order. If you have the required skills you may try to change it yourself.

Eva Kemp.
You are welcome.

Hello,
Sorry but there is no such feature by default in the theme. If you have the required skills you may try to make some customization in the files creating a child theme.

Hello,
If you want the site to be displayed as on the corporate demo, then you should choose “Corporate” in Theme Options > Import/Export and not “E-Commerce” from the dropdown menu.
I advise you to reinstall WP and install the new clear theme.

Eva Kemp.
