    Hello,

    In the previous post you’ve been asked if you had added WPLANG prefix with your language name in wp-config.php. Please check this.
    Also please provide us with the FTP and admin panel access to check the issue.

    Hello,

    You can try to upload the plugins via FTP in the wp-content/plugins folder and then activate them in admin panel.

    Hello,

    You can add products to your homepage using Visual Composer > Add row > Select Content Element “Products” and for “Display Type” choose “Grid”.

    Unfortunately the products can’t be displayed the way shown on the screenshot. If you want to set them as columns it can be done only for Grid.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details, but I was unable to access the wp-admin panel. Please check if the credentials are correct or change the password to the one without special symbols.

    Also I don’t see the accordion on your home page. Have you removed the code?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
    You have the option “Disable ‘Add To Cart’ button and shopping cart ” enabled. You have to uncheck it. After that the button will be displayed.

    Hello,

    The problem is with permalinks. To fix this issue you should make the following changes in wp-admin panel > Settings > Permalinks:
    – Under common settings select “Post Name”;
    – Within the Option Menu put this in the box Product category base – /shop (or the name of your products page);
    And save the changes.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    The video link from vimeo was written incorrectly. I’ve edited it and the video is showing now.
    Also you didn’t have the code inserted for Revolution Slider in your home page (you don’t have any sliders in layerslider section). I’ve added the code. Please check now.

    Also please note you should carefully recheck the links you post as we provide support only to the issues that refers to our themes.

    Hello,

    You can add banner via widgets as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/widgets > Widgets. You’ll find the following code:
    `<div class=”banner banner-transform”>
    <img src=”http://YOUR_PATH/wp-content/themes/idstore/images/Custom-banner1.jpg”&gt;
    <div class=”mask”>
    <h2>Nice Demo Banner</h2>
    <p>It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of page when looking at its layout.</p>
    <a href=”#” class=”button”>Read More</a>
    </div>
    </div>`
    Don’t forget to replace “YOUR_PATH” with the directory where the banner is located.
    Or you can place the code into your home page.

    Revolution Slider can be updated in your admin panel > Revolution Slider. At the right bottom of the page you’ll see “Update Plugin” button.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Marius,

    Sorry for a long delay.
    Please clarify what links you want to change. You can modify color settings in Theme Options > Color Scheme. But if there are no the options you need, then you should make changes by hands in custom.css. Create this file or rename “default.custom.css” to “custom.css” in the theme directory and enable it in Theme Options > Custom CSS > On.

    If you have more questions feel free to contact us.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    The link http://thefancytrunk.com/product/orange-dress/ displays a “coming soon” page, which is created by a plugin. Try to disable it. Also please try to disable your plugins one by one to check what causes the button issue.

    Hello,

    Have you updated the old theme or installed a clean new theme? If it says “Update Options” then you have already installed demo content and you can just update your theme options (colors, header, footer, typography).

    If you still need help, please provide us with the access to admin panel and FTP in Private Content.

    Eva Kemp.

    Are you experiencing such problem with the default theme?
    Also as the google maps widget is a separate plugin, you may contact its author regarding this issue.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately there is no such feature for sorting by default in our theme. If you wish you can add filters to sidebar using widgets .

    To remove the banner (advertising space) you need log into admin panel > Theme Options > Shop > find “Product Page Banner” field and click on the basket icon “Remove Media”.

    All other things you can do only by additional customization. If you have the needed skills you may do it yourself, create child theme and custom.css file before making any changes. To create “custom.css” you can use(rename) the file “default.custom.css” which is located in theme directory and enable it in admin panel > Theme Options > Custom CSS > On.

    Unfortunately additional customization is not our scope of support.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
