Hello,
We excluded real images from demo content because many of our clients had the problems with demo content import because of the large size of import file and server settings.
As a rule, our customers have their own images and there is no any problem to replace placeholders by real images.

Eva Kemp.

Hello,
Our theme is not compatible with PHP 7 version. The developers are working on it.
So we recommend to use lower PHP version.
Sorry for inconveniences.

Hello,
I didn’t do anything with slider. I just opened the site and saw the slider was working. So I thought you had resolved the issue.
As for the blank page you can try to create a new database and import the old one, ask your hosting provider support to help you with it.
Also activate default WordPress theme and check if the same issue persists there too.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.

In style.css file in the directory wp-content/themes/royal I see 2.7.2 version http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/1019/h_1476900219_7426740_450731b128.jpeg
Is FTP for the correct site?

Slider is working now http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/1019/h_1476897528_1767422_a2e0b3f299.jpeg . Have you fixed the issue?
As for the blank page, ask your hosting provider support to check error logs if there are any errors.

Hello,
They are included. But some of them are created with Essential Grid plugin, for example, Street Photo and Marriage variants. To create them:
1. Go to Theme Options > Header > select 14 (or 13) type of header
2. Import Essential Grid as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/essential_grid
3. Go to Pages > Add new. Use visual Composer and add Essential Grid element. Select Royal Marriage (or Grid 1). All Page Layout settings (Sidebar, footer, heading) should be disabled. Save page and set it as Front page in Settings > Reading.

Eva Kemp.
Hello,
As I see you still haven’t updated the theme. Please update it and reply back.

1. This is also a warning and related to WordPress. Just ignore it.
2. On the screenshot I see Visual Composer element which is outdated. You need remove it from your page and re-add a new one from VC editor.
Make sure you’re using last VC version. You can download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Hello @nikos,
We don’t have Greek translation files. You have to translate the theme yourself as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/how_to_translate
We didn’t upload greek po files for the client giorgos, we just updated his own files.

Hello,
As I see you’re using old theme version. At first update the theme to 2.8 version and reply back.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
Please check the page now. To get Sign Up form you need use MailChimp plugin https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/0_newsletters

Hello,
Please look at the screenshot http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/1018/h_1476794289_7710918_88753fef7c.jpeg , this product is a variable one http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1018/h_1476794350_7811478_89b4fee168.jpeg , that’s why the button redirects to single product page.
This is default Woocommerce configuration. As a solution you can hide “Add to cart” button on Shop page, so your clients will click product image or title to visit single product page. To do this go to Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Show “Add to cart” button > Off.

Eva Kemp.
Hello,
Please provide FTP credentials and we’ll update the files for you.
Make backup of the current files.
