Hello,

More likely you were hacked via some 3rd-party plugins, not via our theme. If you think it was the theme, then ask your hosting provider support to show the code with which you were hacked. Also let them check server logs.

Hello,

1. Demo images are not imported with demo content.
Images can neither be used on a live site, nor redistributed. If you want to find out where images came from to buy the license use image search engine https://www.tineye.com/.

2. There is no option to import all demo variants at once.
dummy.xml is for default Victoria demo.

3. It’s for Essential Grid plugin https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/#external_plugins (section “3.6. Essential Grid”).

As I see post_max_size function is still 8M:

Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to change these values.

Also 500 error is caused by lack of memory_limit value. There is an error if you enable debug in wp-config.php file:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /var/zpanel/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/test_glazyshop_com/wp-admin/includes/image.php on line 379

So ask your hosting provider to increase it too.

Sidebar can’t be set if you use 6 products per row on Shop page. I’ve changed it to 4 products in Theme Options > Products Page Layout and added Woocommerce Product Categories widget in Appearance > Widgets > Shop Sidebar.
Please check now.

As for drop-down menu, some plugin is causing the issue.

Some of your plugins are causing the issue. When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins 8theme layout options appeared on a page editor http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/0913/h_1473795073_6839288_79613f188d.png and I set custom footer there.
Check home page now.

You had Storefront theme activated. I set our Classico theme and checked frontend editor of VC for Static Blocks. It’s working:

The code you put in Theme Options > General > Google Analytics Code is incorrect. It should look like this http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0913/h_1473779796_5734281_6a8b64c771.png , you need copy whole code, not only “UA” part.
