If you want to get Add to cart button working you need disable the option Ajax “Add to Cart” in Theme Options.

As I see products images are correct, if you mean buttons are not aligned http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0829/h_1472466086_8699345_a40a8d6df1.png this is because a product isn’t assigned to a category like others http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/0829/h_1472466156_2198075_593bd2070c.png , so one line is missing.
Add it to some category.
