Try to use this code to change the background color of the top bar:
Do you want to change the font color in top bar area? If so, please add this code into custom.css:
.header-type-6 .top-bar a {
color: #F00;
}
To translate the “Cart” word you need edit the file header.php in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda, find the line 167 and change this word in the code: class="shopping-cart-link" ><span><?php _e('Cart', ETHEME_DOMAIN) ?>
And the cart you placed on the homepage you can translate editing the Home page in admin panel > Pages > Home Page and edit the code you inserted.

Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials and we’ll help you to create the page.
To switch a product image you need go to Products > select a product to edit and at the bottom you’ll find “Upload image for hover effect” field in the “Additional Product Options” box. Upload an image you want to be changed to and update the product.
We don’t provide with child theme archive. You need create a new folder via FTP, for example “legenda-child”, then create style.css file inside of it as described in this article http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes (please read it carefully).

Also don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before updating.

Hello,
The size values in woocommerce settings are fixed and max width is written there. Unfortunately you can change only image height, but it needs to be modified in php files and custom.css.
