Please specify where the content of your site is located. Is it in the root of /public_html folder or in /public_html/www.ginediboutique.com directory?
Also please upload the archive of the theme via FTP to the themes folder to check the issue.

None of the theme files have been modified, so there is nothing to back up. But we recommend you always to create back up before any update.

The modifications have been made in style.css of the child theme and you can check how that row is created in Pages > Home page via VC editor.

Hello,

You won’t lose your images/products. If you made some changes in the original theme files, they will be overwritten during update. Did you change any part of the code in the theme files? We recommend you to create a backup of the files and database.

Hello,

The reason is you selected “News” page for posts to be displayed on in Settings > Reading > Front page displays. So, that title can be changed only if you change the title of the “News” page.

You can create redirect via .htaccess file.
Insert this code
Redirect 301 /portfolio/real-kitchen-hilariously-dresses-up-as-alinea-for-halloween/ http://site_name_you_wish_to_redirect_to

“/portfolio/real-kitchen-hilariously-dresses-up-as-alinea-for-halloween/” – you can replace it with the path to your portfolio project.

Your hosting provider should give you more information regarding .htacccess redirect.

Please note we provide plugins of the latest versions implemented in our theme. If there is a new version of some plugin and you want to update it immediately, you need buy the license yourself or you can wait for our new theme release where it’ll be updated.

I’ve created a new row with counters on the Home page and made some modifications in style.css of the child theme. Please check the page and edit the row to your needs.

You can add this code into custom.css file to move the text on banners:

Or please clarify where exactly you want to move the text.

Here you can watch the tutorial how to create custom.css.

Your products were displaying incorrectly because you selected 6 products per row in Theme Options > Products Page Layout. The reason might be your images are too big. I’ve changed that value to 4 products and now they are displaying fine. Please check.

To fix this error you need copy review-order.php from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout directory to wp-content/themes/blanco/woocommerce/checkout and overwrite the existing file.

Hello,

The problem was you had spaces in the code in wp-content/themes/idstore/code/functions.php file. I’ve cleared it and now wp-admin panel is loading fine. Please check it and clear browser cache before.
Images should be uploaded without problems as well.
