1. You can change it in admin panel > Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Product Image Sizes.
2. This option is related to Woocommerce settings. Please contact them regarding this question.
3. You can select the position of “Wishlist” button in Woocommerce > Settings > Wishlist tab > Position.
4. To remove the category text you need add this code into custom.css:

The changes were made to the files et-registration.php and header.php located in your theme folder. You need copy them into child theme directory not to lose the changes.
Yes, you don’t need copy custom.css file itself, just copy the code and insert it into the style.css file in the child theme folder.

Sorry, but it’s a bit unclear. As I see subcategories are already displayed under the categories menu items in drop down menu. Or do you mean you want subcategories to show only the products that are available now? Unfortunately there is no such feature in our theme. Sorry.
