We provide the latest version of VC plugin implemented in our theme. If there is a new update you may buy the license yourself or wait for a new theme release where all plugins will be updated.

You need go to Products > Categories > select the category you need and add an image for the “Category Header” section.

If you make any changes in Theme Options and something will be wrong, please contact us and we’ll help you to fix the issue.
To add an image you need select Theme Options > Shop > Product Page Banner and upload your image.

Those banners are placed on the home page. You can edit them in the text editor in admin panel > Pages > Home page.

There was a bug in framework/shortcodes.php file. I’ve fixed it and now linkedin profile is opened.
Sorry but creating popup window requires additional customization and it’s a paid service. Unfortunately our developers have a lot amount of work and currently are unable to assist on additional customization. If you have needed skills you may try to do it yourself.

Hello,

As I understood you correctly the static block is displayed on the pop up with the “couple” background, isn’t it?
To remove the background image you can add this code into custom.css file:
.white-popup-block { background-image: none; }
Here you can watch the tutorial how to create custom.css.
Or you can upload your own image for the background in Theme Options > Promo Popup > Popup background.
If the issue is still there please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
