Hello – I just updated everything to the newest versions(WordPress/Blanco/WooCommerce) on my site and refreshed, and the site went down. I went through the various plugins to see which one it was causing the issue and it’s WooCommerce. Something must be going wrong with the Blanco Theme & WooCommerce. I ran the WooCommerce System Status and it showed that the review-order.php was out of date, which I fixed (I found that resolution on this forum). The WooCommerce System Status shows no issues, however, the site is still down every time I activate the WooCommerce plugin. I need to resolve this asap, I would appreciate your help in the matter. Please let me know what you need from me. My site is currently up — just not running WooCommerce. I’d be happy to activate the plugin again and make the site go down if you need to look at it. As soon as I activate WooCommerce Plugin, the site goes down and doesn’t do anything. The browser says this:
“The page isn’t redirecting properly.
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”
I believe I figured out a reason. I was able to go into “Settings > General” to change the WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL) to not include the “s” in https://, however, I’d still like my site to show that it is a secure URL (since I pay for that feature).
Can you fix this http vs. https issue?

Yes, I see that as well. I am referring to the actual site, when you are a customer on there (not me in the back end), and you want to see the URL is secure you look for the https in the URL. I have paid extra for the https and wanted it to be seen. In order to get my site working again, after the upgrades, I had to go into this section – that you send me a screenshot – and take out the “s” in the HTTPS. I was hoping this would be a temporary fix. I would like my WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL) to go back to what it was before the updates: https://www.christaalexandra.com

If you’ve already have SSL certificate installed then you need change all http links to https. These articles may help you:

Thanks for the links, unfortunately, that was exactly the initial issue I spoke of. That’s what was causing the issues — when I changed the links to HTTPS and my site wouldn’t work.
I spoke to my hosting company since maybe it had something to do with the SSL Certificate. The solution I used was to uncheck a setting in WordPress > WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Uncheck “Un-force HTTPS when leaving the checkout”
Then I changed my WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL) to include the HTTPS again in WordPress > General > https://www.christaalexandra.com
In case anyone else has these issues, just figured I’d share how it was solved.
